How did you get into current club? — By recommendation of my cousin who played rugby and advertisement on pitch facilities

How many members do you have in your club? — Officially 75, Senior players regularly training 10 , taking part in matches 15, Children players regularly training also about 10, licensed 15 About 5 kids take part in official tournaments as our club’s players, but don’t train with us, only in their school (physical education teacher is member of our club), that’s why I wrote licensed

Who is the usual member of your club? — Senior players age 23-35, mostly about 30, variety of professions rather services’, some students, children 9 — 15, mostly 13

How often do you have training sessions in the club? — 3 times a week, 1 senior, 1 mix, 1 children

What kind of facilities do you use for training session? — Local stadium from spring to autumn, indoor public school gyms during winter, no payment due to agreement with local authorities and local football club

What tournaments do your club participate in? — We participated in Polish national sevens cup, now mostly sparring matches with local rivals; children local tournaments

How do you promote your club to get new players? — Some recruitment actions in the past (posters, fb adv., test trainings, taking part in local events), and most efficient person to person contacts and recommendations. Children — rugby tag lessons in schools, organising school tournaments, local events such as Childrens’ Day

What do you use to keep in touch with other players? — By fb internal site, by phone to some .

What are your club’s financial sources? — Membership fees, but mostly local subventions, some sponsors for special aims as match outfits in the past, we are working on new strategic sponsor

What transport do you use to reach the place of the matches? — By our own private cars, once by small bus.

What kind of coach do you have? — Our coach is fully qualified with proper Polish licence as for senior and children categories, he is Polish, 35 years old, also plays actively in matches. In our club 4 more people have got licencies to train children, 3 have basic referee licencies (thanks to free courses organized by national association) ad17. He has the licence — Rugby Europe Level 1, and Polish licence for categories rugby tag and youngsters
How far is the nearest rival3 local rivals(playing sevens amatourly) about 20-30 km, a few years ago there were even 7 clubs playing rugby sevens in our region.
